Margot Weddings: budget, guests, vendors, timeline, documents — and a free wedding website for your guests. Margot knows every line of it.

Wedding HQ, with Margot inside

Budget, guests, vendors, website — and an assistant who knows all of it.

She always texts back, never gets stressed, and never lets you forget a deposit.

No spreadsheets. No stress. No 47 browser tabs.
Free during early access — every feature, no card required.
How it works

Three steps, then relax.

1

Tell Margot about your day

Date, venue, budget, guest list, photos — add what you have, whenever you have it. A sample wedding shows you around first, and Margot builds your plan from whatever you give her.

2

Share one link with guests

Every guest gets your wedding website — your photos, schedule, travel, registry — from a single link or a short code on the invitation. RSVPs land straight in your guest list.

3

Everyone just asks Margot

You ask about budgets and timelines; guests ask about dress codes and parking. Nobody texts you at midnight.

Your wedding HQ

Everything you're juggling, on one page — and Margot knows every line of it.

Every list, contract, RSVP, and date — one login, one home-screen app, zero spreadsheets.

Budget

Estimated vs. actual, every deposit and due date. Ask "what's left?" and get a number.

Guests & RSVPs

One list, every household. RSVPs, meals, plus-ones, and notes land here automatically.

Vendors & Contracts

Upload a contract or a business card — Margot pulls out the deposit, balance, and dates.

Calendar & Timeline

Every payment, appointment, and deadline in one view, synced to your calendar.

Margot's Plan

A living checklist built from your date and budget — it reshuffles when things change.

Invitations & Registry

Stationery timeline, registry links, and the short code that goes on the invite.

Make It Official

Marriage license, officiant, name change — the logistics nobody tells you about.

Your wedding website

Free, cute, and automatic. Guests get photos, schedule, travel, registry — and their own Margot to ask.

Plus Seating, Bridal Party, Decisions, Photos, and Honeymoon — all in the same app.

Every one of these is something Margot can see — so every one of them is something she can answer.

Why Margot is different

Not another checklist app. An assistant who thinks ahead.

Most wedding sites hand you blank templates and walk away. Margot keeps everything in one place — and does the thinking with you.

She answers — and plans ahead

Ask in plain words — "am I on track?" — and get a real answer, plus a living plan built from your date, budget, and RSVPs that reshuffles as things change.

vs. a generic checklist you fill in yourself

She knows your budget

"What's left for catering?" gets you an exact number. Estimated vs. actual, every deposit and due date, tracked in one place — and she flags when you're drifting.

vs. a separate spreadsheet you forget to update

She knows your guest list

RSVPs, meals, plus-ones, and seating live together. Ask "who hasn't replied?" or "how many vegetarians?" and she just tells you.

vs. a spreadsheet + a form tool + a group text

She knows your vendors

Upload a contract and Margot reads it — deposit, balance, and due dates go straight onto your budget and calendar.

vs. a folder of PDFs and a memory

Your guests ask her, not you

Guests get their own Margot for the date, venue, dress code, parking — so your phone stops buzzing.

vs. answering the same text 200 times

Private by design

Guests never see your budget, your notes, or the full guest list. The shareable link carries only what you choose to publish.

vs. accounts where everything's lumped together
The honest comparison

Same big day. A very different lead-up.

Other planning sites

  • Endless tabs, logins, and dashboards
  • Generic templates you fill in alone
  • Budget lives in a separate spreadsheet
  • Guest list in one tool, RSVPs in another, seating on paper
  • Vendor contracts in a folder somewhere
  • A checklist you build and babysit yourself
  • You field every guest question yourself
  • License, name change, honeymoon — figure it out later
  • Help only when you go digging for it

Margot

  • One calm app, on your home screen
  • Ask anything, get a real answer back
  • A budget she knows and tracks for you
  • Guests, RSVPs, and seating in one list
  • Contracts read, deposits and due dates tracked

  • One link lets guests ask her instead
  • Make It Official and Honeymoon, built in
  • On call 24/7 — and never stressed

A note from our founder

I built Margot because I wish I'd had her.

Six months before my wedding, I found out I had to have brain surgery, right away. I was 34.

Wedding planning while recovering was… a lot. I felt like our family and friends, and our big day, deserved better than the attention and energy I had left over to spend on it.

For me, the additional stress came from the lack of the right planning tools.

(I am healthy now, and happily married, yay!)

Margot Weddings is designed with intention to be the one calm place that keeps every list, document, and date straight, and answers everyone's questions so you can actually enjoy being engaged.

I truly hope you enjoy Margot and have some time to savor such a special chapter in your life.
