Margot Weddings is a wedding-planning application: couples plan their wedding with the help of Margot, an AI assistant, and can publish a wedding website where their guests can find details, ask Margot questions, and RSVP. By creating an account or using a wedding's guest website, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information, and let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must be at least 13 to use the service, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live (or have a parent or guardian's consent).
The wedding details, guest lists, notes, and other content you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service — for example, showing your published details to your guests and giving Margot the context to answer questions. If you add other people's information (like your guest list), you're responsible for having the right to share it with us for this purpose.
Margot is an AI assistant. She's designed to be accurate and grounded in the details you've entered, but AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong. Double-check anything that matters — dates, payment amounts, vendor commitments, travel plans — against your own records before acting on it. Margot's suggestions are planning help, not professional, legal, or financial advice.
Don't use the service to break the law, to send spam, to upload content you don't have rights to, to attempt to access other users' data, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Guest access exists so invited guests can view a wedding's published details and RSVP. Sign in honestly as yourself, and use the information you see (like event details) only in connection with attending the wedding.
We work to keep the service reliable, but it's provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Features may change as the product evolves. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll make reasonable efforts to give notice so you can export your information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Margot Weddings and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and note the change on this page. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
